This is a simple way to work out points values of foods if you don't have a weight watchers calculator.
Get your calorie and saturated fat amount for the portion of food that you are having.
E.g 25 grams of crispy soy beans = 92Kcal and 0.3g Sat Fat.
Divide the calories by 70 and make a note of the number (or store it in your normal calculators memory) ready to add to your next total, which is found out by dividing your sat fat content by 4.
(Kcal) 1.3142857 (recurring) + (Sat Fat) 0.075 = 1.3892857 and this would generally be rounded up to 1.5 points for the portion you are going to eat.
This method is good for if you are in a supermarket and want to know if something is good, points wise but do not have an automatic weight watchers calculator.
