I have been on and off diets for a few years now. The diet I have mainly followed (and know best) has been the Weight Watchers points diet, which really does work if you follow it correctly; but because I suffer with depression I find myself falling off the wagon more than I'd like to. I'm hoping that by writing this blog, I learn to stop falling off the wagon quite so much.
This blog is going to be dedicated to many aspects of weight loss (including recipes) and I hope to keep it updated as regularly as possible and with as much useful information as I can find.
I hope you find it interesting, but more importantly; I hope that it can provide you with some help. x
