Pasta Lovers.

For those of you, who like me love pasta and can get to an Asda; you might want to check out their fresh pasta range (many varieties of pasta, shown below) that is available in the chiller section in-store, as it has less calories/sat fat in it than usual dried pasta. See the nutritional information below for 2 of the different pastas.

Penne (100g) - 183Kcal and 0.4g Sat Fat (2.714 WW points per 100g)
Spaghetti (100g) - 148Kcal and 0.4g Sat Fat (2.214 WW points per 100g)

Compared to the Tescos 'Authentic Italian Penne' which has:

355Kcal and 0.3g Sat Fat, which is a massive 5.146 WW points per 100g.

It costs £1.08 for 500g.
